At Peace we have found that an important way to nurture our relationships as a Christian community is to gather together in smaller circles.  Our small groups ministries are both lay- and pastor-led.  One such group meets for discussion and prayer about world situations that need our attention.  During Lent we gather for an intensive study of the Bible or a book on spirituality, as we take time apart from our busy schedules and reflect with our brothers and sisters on our faith.  At times we have gathered in grief support groups to process and share our losses, and at other times parents have joined together to discuss the challenges and the joys of family life and caring for children.  If a common interest arises, we find ways to nurture one another in community. We have learned that our relationships with one another often strengthen our relationship with the Divine Other.
